Estimated budget is $900,000. It is the intent of the Okaloosa County Water & Sewer System (OCWS) to enter contracts for the cleaning, inspection, repair and rehabilitation of gravity sewer and other wastewater structures, as well as some storm water piping and structures, with at least two contractors and County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent(s) and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received.
