Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; for the renovation of a power facility; and pipeline.

2024 Electrical & Ground Power Substation Replacement. Description: The scope of this project includes tying together four separate sets of Electrical Substations and replacing associated equipment. One set each at Concourse D, Concourse E, Concourse F, and the Tram Level of Terminal 1. This will affect Normal Power Substations and Ground Power Substations. Work also includes the replacement of exterior ground mounted switches and medium voltage cable removals and installations. Work will include masonry work, concrete, tunnel waterproofing, and an acoustic ceiling. Mechanical work includes fan coil units, condensing units, VAV boxes, fire dampers, ductwork, hydronic pipe work, plumbing pipe work, fire sprinkler system work, and associated controls automation. The goal of the MAC for the utilization of Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 7%
