Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project generally consists of the construction of the concrete and masonry building foundation and accessible walkway, sanitary sewer, water and electrical services and other appurtenant and restoration activities for the pre-manufactured restroom building. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
