WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK & ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS West Campus Window and Door Replacement 1. Proposals will only be accepted on the forms provided for the scope of work outlined herein. 2. Clean up of all debris and proper offsite disposal 3. Attendance at weekly site walk thru, once onsite work begins 4. Form of contract - AIA (approved contract format will be available on website). Basis of design for replacement windows is Quaker H650 Single Hung, with 2604 Powder Paint Finish The necessary materials, labor, equipment, tax and supervision required to complete the Window and Door Replacement Work shown, noted or scheduled on the drawings, specifications or specified herein including but not necessarily limited to: INSURANCE The Contractor shall perform its services under this Agreement, as an independent Contractor and shall insure, as they may appear, the interests of all parties to this Agreement against any and all claims which may arise out of Contractor's operations under the terms of the Contract. PERORMANCE & PAYMENT BOND Performance & payment bond will be required. The award is anticipated to be made by March 31, 2025. The College reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals submitted to award contract(s) in whole or in parts and to waive informalities and technicalities if, in its judgment, the best interest of the College may so require.
