**As of December 3, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, payable to the Senior Center of Boulder City (SCBC) as a guarantee that the bidder, if his proposal is accepted, will enter into a contract within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the contract from the Owner. Workman's Compensation Insurance, Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Contract / project completion will be 8 weeks from above commencement date. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE OF PROBABLE COST: Base Bid $350,000. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work including deficiency list items must be completed within 8 weeks or fifty-six 56 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed by the Owner. The Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty for the scope of work performed. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
