Demolition, General Construction, HVAC, Digital Controls, Electrical, Plumbing. A copy of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 10% of maximum Bid shall accompany each uploaded Bid as guarantee that if Bid is accepted the Bidder will file proposed Contract and Bond within ten (10) days after being notified of acceptance of Bid. Bidder must be prepared to provide a hard copy of the Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond to MATC within 48 hours of notification that they are the low bidder or as requested by MATC. Company executing Bid Bond must be licensed to do business in Wisconsin. Certified check or Cashier's check shall be made payable to the order of Milwaukee Area Technical College. Bids and bonds must be on blank forms provided for that purpose within the Bid Documents, and the amount of the bid shall be stated in writing and in figures. Bids and bonds must be uploaded to the A/E Graphics Public Jobs Plan Room for this project. Bid shall include a copy of the Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond. Bidder must be prepared to provide a hard copy of the Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond to MATC within 48 hours of notification that they are the low bidder or as requested by MATC. Bids must be guaranteed and can be withdrawn for a period of ten days following the date of opening. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, to insure the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all persons performing the labor and furnishing material in connection with the Contract.
