This solicitation seeks a "Statement of Qualification" (SOQ) for Project Consultant Services on behalf of the University of Nebraska ("The Owner") to augment the "Project Team" comprised of HDR Architecture Inc. (HDR) and Kiewit Building Group Inc. (KBG) to deliver a new state-of-art academic acute care facility: Project NExT Phase I, Project Health - Building The Healthiest Nebraska ("The Project"), located on the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) campus in Omaha, Nebraska. The Project Team is seeking a "Project Consultant" for Professional Specialty Interiors Sub-Consulting Services. The Project Consultant will contract directly with HDR to provide services including, but not limited to, design and construction administration services for The Project. The Program Stage is complete, and the Validation Phase is currently underway. While the anticipated total project cost is $2.19 billion, the funding request at the time of this program statement is $50 million. As there will be multiple IDRs, future funding requests and cashflows will be provided with each request. The funds requested herein will be expended in FY25.
