Scrap Metal Recycling The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced contractors (hereafter referred to as "Dealer") for a scrap metal recycling service. The service will provide collection, processing and marketing services for scrap metal collected at various Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) locations located in Erie and Niagara Counties. The general scope of work for the contract resulting from the RFP will include the following: Implementation of a storage and collection program utilizing Dealer-provided containers. Provide service on an as needed basis. Provide a monthly rebate based on the net tons of scrap metal removed from NFTA/NFTM locations per the monthly American Metal Market Price for No. 2 dealer bundles in Buffalo, NY. Contract term: Multi-Year
