Renovation of an educational facility in West Union, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Removal of existing membrane roofing system, installation of new EPDM membrane and associated finish work of parts of the Doddridge County High School Roof, totaling approximately 46,665 square feet. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Partial roof replacement of Doddridge County High School Roof. The Work will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 120 days after the date when th Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000.00 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Doddridge County Board of Education in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
