WVIJDC #2022W-2234, 101- The Project includes the following Work: Contract #2: Replacement of approximately 46,000 LF of 2", 4", 6", 8" and 12" waterline, 87 fire hydrants, 230 gate valves, 1,150 water meter settings with all necessary appurtenances, reclamation, and road repair to perform a waterline replacement project. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Clarksburg Water Board in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
