Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The contract consists of work to be completed within 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Port of Illahee anticipates the possibility of issuing Notice to Proceed by November 1st, 2024. On-site work generally consists of upland waterfront site improvements, repairs and reconfiguration of a fixed timber pier, replacement of floats and marine piling, and infrastructure including but not limited to new floats; new gangway; pile removal and new pile installation; fire, water, and stormwater utilities; new vault restroom; new landscaping; new pavement; new concrete sidewalks; and other work as described in the Contract Documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit made payable to the Port of Illahee, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the Contract Documents, the bid deposit/bond shall be forfeited to the Port of Illahee.
