Bremerton School District (BSD) requests statement of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified General Contractor/Construction Managers (GC/CM) in accordance with RCW 39.10.360 for the District-Wide HVAC Upgrade Project. The project consists of mechanical systems upgrades to support the addition of cooling at Bremerton High School, Crownhill Elementary School, Kitsap Lake Elementary School, Naval Avenue Elementary School, and West Hills STEM Academy. The project construction budget is approximately $8.8 million excluding sales tax. Questions: All questions should be submitted by 1:00PM on Friday, October 11th, 2024. Bremerton School District encourages the participation of Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprises in this Request for Qualifications.
