Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
Development of de la Durantaye municipal park. The phased project includes the construction of an outdoor swimming pool and water games, renovation of a park chalet, development of an ecological parking and major landscaping work. TIMELINE: The awarded team of professional consultant are preparing plans and specifications by construction packages. Design of the first construction package relating to the construction of a pool and service pavilion was completed and the owner has issued a tender for the contractor of this construction package that is now follow in the report under CRM ID name Construction of a New Swimming Pool and Service Pavilion at Durantaye Park (Project: 2023-59). Construction start of this package is anticipated in summer 2026. Subsequent package tenders will follow. Note. The project is included in the City 3-year capital expenditure program. Total value of construction work including provincial grant for associated renovations may be is high as $19.5M.
