Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the Rivière-du-Nord School Service Center facilities. The scope of work includes exterior door repairs at St-Jérôme Polyvalent and Cap-Jeunesse high schools located at 535 Rue Filion, Saint-Jérôme, QC J7Z 4L1 and 600 36e Avenue, Saint-Jérôme, QC J7Z 5W2, respectively. The scope of work also includes the correction of the drainage system at the St-Jérôme Polyvalent school. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in summer/early fall 2025.
