Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
Construction of an outdoor swimming pool and water games, renovation of a park chalet, development of an ecological parking and major landscaping work. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in fall 2025. Tender for the general contractor is slated for late 2025/early 2026. Note. The project is included in the City 3-year capital expenditure program. Total value of construction work including provincial grant for associated renovations may be is high as $19.5M.
