Sealed Bids for the installation of a new HDPE force main crossing and underneath Lehigh River via horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority Second Street Pumping Station Either a Certified Check or a Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. A bid bond must have a surety listed on the U.S. Treasury's Circular 570 and authorized to perform services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids, and also reserves the right to waive any omissions, errors, defects, irregularities or informalities in any bid. The successful bidder is required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds, and insurance, as provided in the project bid specifications.
