Site work, remodeling and renovation of a golf course in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a golf course.
Scope of work: ? Remove @ 120' of curb. ? Place temporary steel plates 16' x 8' over water drainage channel and attach hand rails. ? Demo and remove old bridge. ? Demo and remove 100' of curb and cart path. ? Replace 120' of 12" x 6" curb with weep holes every 8' built to green book standards, with 2 laterals of #4 rebar and verticals every 8 feet.. ? Install 120' x 42" x 6" concrete between cart path and curb with #4 rebar spaced at 16 inches. ? Replace 120' x 12' x 6' concrete cart path with #4 rebar spaced at 16 inches. ? All concrete must meet green book standards with minimum 2500 PSI. ? Replace 20' x 7' Bridge. See specifications for bridge details. (attached) or City of Los Angeles approved equivalent. ? Follow bridge manufacturer’s specifications for footings and installation requirements. ? Connect existing cart path to bridge. ? Remove temporary steel plates over drainage channel. ? Contractor is responsible for all measurements. ? Contractor is responsible for temporary fencing as needed. Contractor must mobilize within two weeks of award.
