Project the Work, in General, Shall Include the Approximate Quantities and Items Listed Below: 80 Lf of Sewer Cleaning (8-inch Through 24-inch) o 5 Each Manhole Cleaning 6 Each Manhole Grouting 16 Each Pipe/lateral Grouting 1,850 Lf of Cured-in-place Pipe Lining 1 Each Sewer Manhole Repair/lining Bids Will Be Received on the Following Contract: Contract No. 2024-15 Sewer Rehabilitation Time Bid Security No Bid Shall Be Received Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check or Satisfactory Bid Bond Payable to the Grand Chute Sanitary District #2 in an Amount Not Less Than 10% of the Maximum Bid as a Guarantee That, if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Contract, Performance/payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as Required by the Contract Documents, Within 15-days After the Notice of Award. Bid Rejection the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids Which Best Serves the Interests of Grand Chute Sanitary District #2. Withdrawal of Bids - No Bids Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Time of Opening Without the Consent of the Owner.
