The Sewerage And Water Board Of New Orleans (Board) Is Soliciting Bids From Companies For Dps 14 Pump #3 Bearing Replacement. Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Inquiries and/or Requests for Information are due to the SWBNO Procurement Department via email to kbarnes@swbno.org The repair scope is as described below: 1. Mobilize crew and equipment 2. Provide divers, if necessary, to access wet pit for the suction bell assembly. 3. Isolate and drain water from wet pit as necessary to complete scope. Install stop logs, drain pump pit, remove debris from pit, install suction bell, remove stop logs. 4. Disconnect stabilizer bar from pump in pit. 5. Remove catwalk, piping, and accessories, as necessary, to remove pump from pit for disassembly 6. Complete disassembly of the pump. 7. Inspect pump shaft run outs, critical register fits, bearing fits 8. Provide and install new shaft sleeves where needed 9. Manufacture (2) new cutlass bearings 10. Provide (1) radial steady bearing
