The Larimer County Solid Waste Department is planning for the development of the Larimer County Diversion and Transfer Station, to be located at 5887 South Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, CO. Primary infrastructure components to be developed consist of a new scale area, new transfer station, aggregate pad sorting area, utilities, roadways, storm water controls, as well as exterior improvements including landscaping and signage. The Contractor will be required to coordinate all field inspections. All construction shall be done in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Must have completed a minimum of three (3) 30,000 sq ft (or greater) pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects within the past four (4) years. The schedule for construction is anticipated to begin in 2024 and is required to be complete by December 1, 2025.
