Site work for a mixed-use development in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and water / sewer project.
Intent: Secure Virginia-licensed contractor for the storm drainage improvements and resurfacing of the American Legion Stadium concourse. Bonds: 5% Bid bond; 100% performance and payment bonds. Time of Completion: All work must be completed by April 11, 2025. Liquidated Damages: $250 dollars per calendar day. Award: A. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with consideration given to completion time. B. The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
