Hirsch HS Feedwater Tank Replacement Provide necessary labor and material to cut out and remove the boiler feed tank and pumps. SUPPLY AND INSTALL, (6) 1 HP feed pumps at 208V (3). Feed tank dimensions 48"x136" tank. Supply and install (3) pump control panels. Provide and remove all the piping connections to the existing pipe. Reconnect all return piping to tank. -Strap and remove the existing pipe from its stand -Cut up the tank and remove it from the building and fabricate the new tank into moveable pieces to get them into the building. -Once delivered they will fit and weld all parts on-site and mount it to the existing stands -Install new piping and valves it inlet of pumps and reconnect pass isolation valve on outlet feed line of pump. -Replace the site glass 34" assembly. Install (2) McDonnell Miller float control. -Insulate the new tank with 2" fiberglass and FSK jacket Provide necessary labor and materials to make any electrical modifications needed for the new unit, including all connections and new piping needed to connect to the building system and boilers. Provide new Pads for new system packages. Provide necessary labor and material to perform factory start up and test operations. Leave the area clean and orderly and remove old equipment from demolition. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, replace and/or repair as necessary. Not responsible for contractor errors because of non-field verification. All questions/requests must be received 2 business days, prior to bid closing.
