Question Deadline 06/16/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Architectural and Engineering Services for JHS Emergency Department Expansion & Upgrades for the Countys Health & Hospital Portfolio. The intent is to provide a full range of architectural and engineering services, including assessment, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and project close-out as stipulated in the Professional Service Agreement. Unless expressly waived by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, the Code requires that a living wage must be paid to individuals employed by a Contractor which has a County Contract and by all subconsultants of such Contractor under a County Contract, throughout the duration of such County Contract. The amount of such living wage is annually by the Chief Financial Officer of the County, and shall be posted on the Chief Procurement Officers website The County reserves the right to prohibit any person from entering any County facility for any reason. All Consultants and Subcontractor of the Consultant shall be accountable to the Chief Procurement Officer or his designee while on any County property and shall abide by all rules and regulations imposed by the County.
