Delevan Ave. into a facility ready to be leased for commercial and industrial tenants. The building is part of BUDC's ongoing work along the Northland Corridor. _______________________________________________________________ BUDC is soliciting proposals from contractors for the general construction of Phase 3 of the Northland Corridor Redevelopment Project. The scope of work for this project entails the renovation of 541 East Delavan Avenue, 612 Northland Avenue "B" Building, associated site work, repaving of the 714 Northland Avenue parking lot, and the construction of a new parking lot to the Southeast corner of 683 Northland Avenue ("South Lot"). The intent and purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit responses for the selection of a prime contractor to provide general construction services for the work detailed in Exhibits A, B, and C Questions regarding the RFP.
