As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The City of Ingleside has received a Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) from the General Land Office to purchase homes affected by flooding from Hurricane Harvey. The City of Ingleside is seeking to contract one or more developers (individual/firm) to rehabilitate or construct single-family residential properties to provide relief for survivors affected by repetitive flooding. These homes are located in The City of Ingleside. This service is for the City's grant #20-066-030-C224, which will use federal funds to acquire these properties Additionally, one digital copy is required to be submitted via USB to the same mailing address. Please note: The liability insurance requirement has been lowered to $500,000 . Please direct all questions in regard to this RFP to the City's grant administrator, Erin Hunsdorfer at erin@grantworks.net. The deadline for inquiries is Friday October 4th, 2024. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals of firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, HUB, Labor Surplus, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
