Bids are invited for the following project: Cherry Ridge Township Storage Facility. Project: Phase 1 Excavation 1. Removal of existing shed. 2. Leveling of ground for a 48' wide by 40' long building 3. 4" stone under concrete floor 4. 4'x17' stone pad for LP tank with modified on top. Dig ditch & line with sand (approx. 40') to building for gas line Project: **NOTE: Engineered Plans will supersede anything written in Outline above The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in favor of Cherry Ridge Township, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount. Bidders must submit with their bids all forms listed in the Attachments to Plans and Specifications. Cherry Ridge Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Cherry Ridge Township or forfeit said Bid Security. State Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matters.
