The scope of work includes removal of existing decorative concrete, selected trees, all existing shrubs and ground covers, and irrigation; installation of new decorative rock work set in concrete and other rock work set in sand, boulders, decomposed granite surface and edging, automatic dripline irrigation, planting of new trees, shrubs, and ground covers; installation of bark mulch in landscape areas; and maintenance of median islands for ninety calendar (90) days following completion of installation and acceptance by the City.
