Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warwick, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking Proposals for design-build services. Deadline for Questions 9/30/24, 2:00PM EDT Each sealed proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier' check or satisfactory Proposal Bond, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal, payable to the Rhode Island Airport Corporation The successful proposer will be required to execute and furnish a Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Payment Bond as security for faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the work. Each security shall be in an amount of not less than 100% of the contract price and shall be in a form acceptable to the Owner. RIAC reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technical defects. RIAC reserves the right to modify, amend or waive any provision of this RFP, prior to the issuance of a contract for the consulting services.
