Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Warwick, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope-of-work for this project will consist of the following 1. Remove existing benches and store for reinstallation 2. Secure railings to minimize damage during decking replacement 3. Remove existing composite decking materials, approximately 300 square feet (SF) 4. Contact the Citys Department of Public Works construction inspector to inspect the integrity of the exposed joists 5. Install joist tape on all joists 6. Install new composite decking materials, in kind* 7. Reinstall benches 8.
