As of October 17, 2024. Bids were rejected. No plans for a rebid. Pre-bid Meeting: No The City of Durant is soliciting proposals for Lake Durant RV Pad Renovation. The City of Durant reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the proposal process. Any questions please contact Ryan Brewer, Parks and Recreation Manager @ (580) 579-6641. 1. Remove and dispose all 10 current concrete RV pads. 2. Ground work to level out and compacted the proposed area of RV Pads. Leaving the trees at the west end alone to continue growth. 3. Form and pour 10 RV pads starting in the gap of the second and third tree on the east side of the entry road and have one pad per tree gap for the next 10 gaps. 4. RV pads must be level start at the road, must have the same angle from the roadway as current pads. and will be flush with the RV access road. The RV access road will not be a part of this bid proposal. 5. The base shall be a minimum of six (6") inches of base rock (after compaction to a uniform width of twenty (20') feet. 6. RV pads must use concrete 3500 psi with Fiber and Rebar reinforced. Control joints every 10" but the rebar should be continuous. 7. RV Pad Dimensions are as follows with map for clarification a. RV 1-85.5' long x 20' wide x 6" thick b. RV 2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10- 100' Long x 20' wide x 6" thick c. RV 5= 101' long x 20' wide x 6" thick
