Site work for a water / sewer project in Plum, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to be performed under this section consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and utilities necessary to clear and grub all trees, logs, stumps, brush, vegetation, rubbish and other perishable or objectionable matter from areas designated within Contract work limits. The project will include but not limited to the following: u8226 320 LF of 15" SLCPP stormsewer installation, u8226 Removal of existing stormsewer u8226 Stormwater manhole installation u8226 Landscaping restoration Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid amount, made payable to "The Borough of Plum". Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
