As of October 7, 2024, a construction manager has been identified and released this project for sub bidding. The Project consists of interior/exterior renovation of an approximately 800-square-foot concession stand building consisting of restrooms, changing area, concession stand, and officials room. Site work to include re-paving sidewalk, providing accessible ramp, field renovations, and revising site field lights. The scope of work for the Renovations to Bellville ISD Softball Concessions Stand will be for the following trades and will include but not limited to: DEMOLITION, PAVING, SIDEWALKS, SITE UTITILIES, TREE PROTECTION, FIELD TURF AND ACCESSORIES, STORM DRAINAGE, EROSION CONTROL, PARKING LOT STRIPING AND SIGNS, ROOFING, DOORS & HARDWARE, GLASS/GLAZING, CEILING PANELS, FLOORING, PAINTING, DRYWALL, MILLWORK, ROUGH CARPENTRY, TOILET PARTITIONS & ACCESSORIES, SIGNAGE, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, and other related trades. This project contains exposed concrete floor finishes. Please refer to subcontract sample form for additional instructions. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to fourth quarter 2024. The installing electrical contractor shall complete, prior to request of Manufacturer factory start up and site commissioning, complete installation of all relay panels, their respective loads landed and confirmed operations, switches installed, and confirmed operational, and the entire data network shall be pulled from all panels to the designated IT room as indicated on plans. B. The installing contractor shall, prior to request of Manufacturer factory start up and site commissioning, request a site visit by the local authorized Manufacturer rep to assist in identification of any open ended issues, thereby eliminating potential for delays and system commission interruptions. In general, the Contractor shall notify the Architect and / or Architect's Consultants whenever there is need of clarification of interpretation of the Contract Documents. C. Additionally, the Contractor shall notify the Architect and / or Architect's Consultants at specific phases of the Work in order to observe work in place or in progress. D. The Project Superintendent shall notify the Architect's and Consultant's Field Representative on a regular basis of the ongoing work.
