Bellville Independent School District is soliciting proposals for qualifications from qualified persons or companies to serve as Construction Managerat-Risk for the construction Softball Field Renovations. This is a one-step selection process pursuant to Texas Government Code Sect. 2269.253. Responses must be submitted in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications. The District is considering possible Softball Field Renovations. The selected CMAR will be required to work with the District's Architect to perform Preconstruction Services during the design phase, alongside the A/E, including cost estimating, scheduling, feasibility and constructability reviews. Scope of work for Softball Field is still being developed. Task orders shall dictate all preconstruction services performed. Only upon successful scope development and secured financing shall CMAR he selected CMAR will complete Preconstruction Services on the projects for the Construction Documents phase. Bellville ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals/ qualifications.
