2024 CDBG Lakeview Terrace Mill & Overlay project The Borough of Pennsburg is performing roadway and infrastructure improvements to Lakeview Terrace and a portion of Seminary Street within the municipal limits. In general, the work consists of but is not limited to: pavement mill and overlay resurfacing with partial depth base repair where needed, replacement of storm sewer piping, replacement of existing storm sewer structures, and ADA curb ramp construction. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Borough of Pennsburg, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. Upon award of a contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract value. Upon completion of the contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the final contract value.
