Rita Reves Park Pavilion Roof Replacement Project For the Rita Reves Park Pavilion Roof Replacement Project, Located at 1040 Garrett Mill Road, Newtown Square, Pa. 19073 . The project includes the replacement of approximately 2500 sq ft of shingled roof with a new vertical standing seam metal roof, KYNAR 500(R) PVDF Finish (or approved equal), including plywood sheathing replacement and new metal trim. Anticipated contract award is October 14, 2024. Construction completion must be no later than Dec. 31, 2024 A bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount is required. Prevailing wage rates apply. PA. Act 127 (Public Works Employment Verification Act) requirements are applicable. The selected bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Insurance Certifications, including Worker's Compensation Insurance. Willistown Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts thereof, and/or any or all bid alternates, and, in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the project's best interest.
