PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pepper Construction is the Construction Manager for the Purdue University - Nursing & Pharmacy Education Building project located at 175 S Russell St, West Lafayette, IN 47907. This project consists of a new 186,000 SF, 4 story, steel-structured building with a 22' deep basement located on a 3 1/2 acre site. The exterior skin is a combination of limestone, brick, curtainwall, and metal panel and the building is comprised of a basement with mechanical spaces and vivarium, 1st floor classrooms, 2nd floor lab space, 3rd/4th floor lab and office space, and a mechanical penthouse.
