Closing Time: 04:00PM Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/09 04:00 PM The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct stormwater upgrades in Postville, which includes: Ditch modifications at dump site: Clearing & grubbing Excavation of rock and overburden Regrading of ditch Construction of berm Stormwater improvements in community: Culvert replacement (including removal and disposal of old culverts and supply of new culverts) Culvert relocations Ditch improvements (clearing and grubbing, deepening, regrading) Supply and install of riprap Postville intends to begin construction during the 2024 season with the intent to have it completed as soon as possible. Bids are to be submitted online through MERX Canadian Public Tenders no later than 4:00 p.m. (Atlantic Time) on October 16, 2024. The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Postville Inuit Community Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP. Proposals will be evaluated on the principles of value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to the Nunatsiavut Procurement Act.
