Region XII Council of Governments, as administrator for the Denison Down payment with Rehabilitation Program, will be accepting bids on the rehabilitation of the property The project may consist of rehabilitation items such as, replace roof and gutters, reside, window and door repair and replacement, minor electrical and plumbing work, and interior repairs to bring the home up to HUD's Section 8 and the Property Rehabilitation Standards. All interested contractors are invited to bid on the rehabilitation project located at the above addressee per the specifications detailed in the available bid packets. These projects may or may not need Lead Safe Work Practices Certifications. Minority and Women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid. A BID GUARANTEE IN THE AMOUNT OF 5% OF THE BID AMOUNT MUST ACCOMPANY EACH BID.
