Reference Number 0000363786 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: Option to renew for up to four (4) one-year periods Englewood Public Works Department is seeking proposals to offer snow and ice removal services to its mixed use, transit-oriented CityCenter development located in the northeast quadrant of Highway 285 and S. Santa Fe Drive in Englewood, Colorado. The area comprises approximately 55 acres in total. The common areas (approximately 12 acres) are the responsibility of City Center Property Management (CCPM) to maintain while the individual buildings are owned and leased by private entities. The site includes a parking garage and adjacent light rail station but excludes the Regional Transportation District (RTD) platform. Question Deadline 10/11/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions will be accepted until time. Once the question period expires, the addendum will be posted on online.
