Renovation of a residential development in Groveland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
DCAMM Certification: Doors & Windows. Replacement of entrance doors and associated door hardware at 4 buildings at one site. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work is estimated to cost $158,000.00. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. At the common hallways at (4) apartment buildings at one site, the general scope of work consists of: (a) Removal of existing exterior doors, frames, and sidelites and replacement with new fiberglass insulated doors with composite frames. (b) Removal and replacement of exterior door hardware. (c) Removal and replacement of interior door casing trim. (d) Removal of exterior wood trim at doors and sidelites and replacement with new PVC trim. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
