Demolition and site work for a residential development in Muscatine, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,125-square-foot residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Removal of a Single-family Home Structure The Objective of This Project is to Remove the Remnants of a Single-family Home That Was Abandoned. The Project is Being Funded Under the Community Development Block Grant (Cdbg) Program Through the Lowa Economic Development Authority (Ieda). Scope of Work. The 1,125 Square Foot Single-family, One-story Frame Residential Structure Constructed on a Concrete Cinder Block Basement Foundation in 1900, Located at 613 E 6th St, Has Been Deemed Dilapidated. The City of Muscatine Desires to Remove the Abandoned Structure Along With the Front Steps and Metal Rail, 2 Metal Posts, All of the Wooden Fence Posts With Metal Wire, All of the Concrete Walking, Paths, Steps, Slab, and Chunks, and Any Other Remaining Debris on the Property. 1. Statement of Qualifications. At Minimum Proposals Should Include the Following Information: * Description of Experience With Ieda's Programs. Description of Similar Projects the Firm Has Successfully Completed. o Description of Organizational Capacity to Complete All Necessary Activities. o Description of the Anticipated Timeframe Necessary to Complete the Activities. References From Previous Clients of Related Work Within the Past Five Years. o Firm is Not on Hud's or Dol's Debarred or Suspended List. o Please Indicate if the Firm is a Mcb/wbe. Experience With Other Applicable Federal and State Regulations. 2. Evaluation Criteria. The City Will Evaluate and Rank Proposals Received According to the Following Criteria: Qualifications Necessary to Complete Project: Maximum 30 Points Previous Work Performance: 30 Points Capacity to Complete Scope of Work: 30 Points Experience With the State Programs & Related Federal Requirements: 10 Points Total:100 Points Questions Regarding This This Request for Proposals or for Additional Project Information Contact April Limburg at 563-262-4141 or by Email at Alimburg@muscatineiowa.gov.
