Water Works Construction. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Nature and Scope of Work: The work of this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials equipment and incidentals required to perform the work as requested by the Cambridge Water Department. This work includes installing ductile iron water main with diameters ranging from 4- to 30- inches; installing/replacing valves, hydrants, fittings; installing sampling stations, water service connections and appurtenances; reconnecting existing water services; plugging and abandoning existing water mains; installing temporary and permanent pavement; miscellaneous work and cleanup; and completing all related work. This contract also includes emergency water work repairs as required by the City. This project will be for One year with two one-year options to renew.
