A sidewalk is to be constructed along SR 20 from Liberty Circle to SR 65 on the southern side. Additional sidewalk is to be constructed from the Post Office driveway 200' north toward SR 65. FPID 219951-2-52-02 includes the removal of the flashing beacon and constructing a fully actuated signal.
