The New Jersey Department of Transportation's, Division of Community Development seeks consultant services to perform Concept Development (CD) activities for all capital projects. The selected consultant(s) will be required to follow the established concept development phase for each project type including full and limited scope projects. Key tasks to be completed include but will not be limited to: Data collection, data analysis, public involvement, alternative analysis, PPA selection and the preparation of the CD report. All work shall be done in accordance with current NJDOT Standards. Task Orders assigned under these term agreements will be on a project specific cost-plus fixed fee basis.
