All bidders proposals must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority or a bid bond from a reliable surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey in an amount equal to Ten (10%) percent of the proposal, but not more than $20,000.00. A certified check will be retained to pay for any damage or loss to the Authority or the liability bond will accrue in case the successful bidder shall neglect or refuse to enter into a contract in accordance with his proposal. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority reserves the right to consider bids for Sixty (60) days after their receipt before awarding any contract and the right is reserved to accept or reject any or all of them. 2.0 SPECIFICATIONS 3.0 PRICES QUOTED 2.1 Door shall be manufactured by Raynor model 14' by 13' AL-4-N-40-RH-S-E Standard Service Door or Equal. 2.2 Door mount shall be type N interior face mounted. 2.3 Curtain shall be counter balanced by tempered helical torsion springs on a single continuous steel shaft, springs shall be compression spring design. 2.4 Curtain shall be Aluminum 5005-H34. 3.1 Bidders shall include in the bid all handling and shipping costs to 600 Whitehead Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
