The bid shall provide for the installation of 390 LF of 6" PVC sump pump collector system and individual homeowner connections on Renee Court, Tartan Court and Winnipeg Lane and other miscellaneous items as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on January 21, 2025, subject to the availability of funds in the 2024 Adopted Budget and 2024 Capital Plan. Construction shall commence on or about March 1, 2025. The completion of the project shall be thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by April 15, 2025. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
