The Township of Hamilton, Mercer County, seeks experienced Historic Restoration General Contractors who specialize in exterior masonry, exterior and interior wood trim, exterior painting, thermal and moisture protection between brick, and construction and installation of new wood sashes for historic buildings to submit prequalification statements for the: Selective Exterior Restoration of the Isaac Pearson at the Historic Isaac Pearson House Located at Hobson and Emeline Avenues Hamilton Township (Mercer County), New Jersey 08610 The project generally consists of the following: 1. Project Supervision and Administration of Historic Preservation Projects; 2. Exterior masonry repair 3. Exterior and interior wood repair/replacement 4. Exterior painting 5. Thermal and Moisture protection 6. Construction and installation of new wood sashes. All respondents will be notified in writing of the decision as to qualifications. Only those determined to be pre-qualified Historic Restoration General Contractors for this project will be invited to submit bids for the work.
