Jacobs, as Engineer of Record, will provide engineering support services during construction of the Project under a separate professional service agreement with the RTC. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to select one (1) firm for construction management services during construction of the proposed improvements. RTC is seeking a qualified firm with local urban roadway experience and familiar with Orange Book specifications, to oversee all construction activities including but not limited to performing quality assurance inspection and testing, surveying, ensuring permit adherence, public outreach, schedule review, submittal review, and documentation services. The Project is a Design-Bid-Build delivery (DBB) method project. The tentative construction start in March 2025 with an anticipated duration of 250 working days and a $15M - $18M construction cost estimate. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
