Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Town will receive informal bids for the Founders Park Bathroom project. The scope of work for this project generally includes: Provide all site and utility work necessary to support the installation of a CXT Cortez precast concrete restroom building. The structure and septic system will be owner provided & installed. Obtain a building permit for the proposed restroom structure from Mecklenburg County. Engineered drawings for the structure will be owner provided. Additional payment will not be authorized for documentation and/or efforts related to obtaining a building permit. Installation of plumbing as specified in the attached drawing and connecting to the septic system. Installation of electrical components, conduit, & wiring, as specified in the attached drawings. Construction of a stone building pad and concrete sidewalk as specified in the attached drawings. Concrete sidewalk must be poured after the structure is installed and connected to utilities. NOTE: Owner will be responsible for site prep and rough grading. No tree removal will be necessary by the contractor. Ensuring all installed utilities are stubbed-up in correct locations and ready for connection to the prefabricated building. Obtain proper permits from Mecklenburg County for all supporting utilities such as electrical & plumbing. Provide a General Contractor licensed in North Carolina to oversee the permitting and construction of the project. Managing permit inspections and obtaining a final certificate of occupancy from Mecklenburg County after the structure has been delivered and installed by others.
