Rooftop HVAC Units Installation at Long Creek Elementary School and Ballantyne Elementary School School name/Locations: Long Creek Elementary School 9213A Beatties Ford Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078 and Ballantyne Elementary School 15425 Scholastic Dr. Charlotte, NC 28277 Scope of Work : Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education is soliciting formal bids for Licensed Mechanical Contractors to furnish and install all equipment, materials, supplies, labor and hardware to remove and install new Rooftop HVAC Units at Long Creek Elementary School and Ballantyne Elementary School. Project will require disconnecting old Rooftop Units and reconnecting new Rooftop Units. A 5% bid bond will be required to be submitted with all bids. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract can be executed.
